Disolves completely in water, no digestive issues and I have seen a significant difference in my performance and recovery after workout!

This is probably the 5th different creatine brand I’ve tried throughout my life. I’ve also tried all sorts of different varieties (pills, micronized, regular monohydrate, etc). At the end of the day, they all did the same thing and all of the powders felt and tasted the same, so I strictly started using the cheapest regular monohydrate I could find. However, when the price of creatine started doubling in the past year or so, I decided I might as well give micronized another chance.

Maybe I was buying fake micronized before, but this one actually dissolved into my water and I didn’t feel like I was drinking gritty metallic tasting water. I never liked the taste of creatine so it’s nice that I can at least dump a scoop of Retain into my water and chug it without feeling like I’m drinking sand. I really like it and would highly recommend.

I’ve been using creatine for about 6 months, and recently switched over to Retain based on a friend’s recommendation. This creatine is really easy on the gut, and has mixed well with post workout protein shake and just water on my off days. Give this one a try! You won’t regret it!

Just started using this creatine about a week ago and already notice a difference. Feeling stronger at the gym and recovering quicker. I like to mix with my post-workout shake and it also blends perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
